Returns and Refunds policy

RETURNS ARE  SIMPLE
We want you to be happy so you can return your item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price – you do not even need to tell us the reason why or notify us in advance of your return.

  1. MAKE SURE YOUR ITEM(s) QUALIFY FOR RETURN
    To qualify for return your item must be in its original, unworn condition, free of perfume, smoke or any other odor with all tags still attached for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Undergarments cannot be returned.
  2. EXCHANGES
    If you would like to exchange your style for another style or size please go to our website and place an order for the item that you would like instead. Our website inventory changes daily, so by placing a new order you guarantee the availability of the item that you would prefer.  Then return the style(s) that you do not want per step 3 below.
  3. MAIL THE ITEM(s) BACK
    Include your invoice with your return or if you do not have your invoice please simply note your order number on a slip of paper in your package.

Please allow approximately 3 to 4 weeks from the date your item(s) is mailed back for us to process it and email you. Shipping is non-refundable.
In most cases the refund will be reflected in your balance within a few days of processing but depending upon your credit card company’s processing speed,it may take them up to one full billing cycle (one month) to adjust your balance to reflect your refund.
